In competition, the goal is thrown between 6 and 10 meters from the circle.
In triplet, each player plays 2 balls. In doublets and head-to-head, each player plays 3 balls.
The team that won the previous lead throws the goal and plays the first ball of the next lead.
No. Both feet should stay inside the circle and in contact with the ground until the ball touches the ground.
The classic delay is one minute from the moment the player has the field and goal to play.
The team that has the ball closest to the goal holds the point. If it is too tight, we measure.
We measure especially when the situation is contested or too close to the eye. The measurement must remain neutral and clean.
No. A ball declared void no longer counts and must be removed from the game according to the cases provided for by the regulations.
The regulation distinguishes several situations: valid goal, void goal or leads to replay.
Not if it alters a mark useful in judging a ball or goal.
Pointer is to place your ball near the goal. Shooting consists of hitting an opponent's ball to remove it.
No. A good shot depends mainly on the accuracy, the gesture and the point of fall.
Yes. A rolling, pierced, hard or gravelled terrain requires adapting the height, speed and choice between point and shot.
We must avoid any discomfort. Any speech, noise or attitude that intentionally disturbs the player may be sanctioned.
To avoid arguments. Even with friends, knowing the basics makes the games smoother and fairer.

Mini Beginner's Guide
20 simple and useful tips to play better without complicating your life
Expand the 20 tips Fold Out
Before looking for the spectacular shot, work on the simple, calm and repeatable ball.
The terrain, gravel and hard areas change everything on the trajectory.
Measurement, circle, playing time and exit ball: a few bases avoid a lot of arguments.
The right choice is often worth more than an ambitious gesture made at the wrong time.
The same placement, the same breathing and the same rhythm make the gesture more stable.
Choose the shot that you really succeed, not the one that would be beautiful if everything went perfectly.
The point is not only read at the goal: we must also see the obstacles, the doors and the recoveries.
Depending on the terrain, the same speed is not enough. The height often changes the ball holding.
Playing fast does not require you to throw yourself away. We can remain simple while remaining lucid.
When the eye is no longer enough, a calm and clear measure is better than a heated debate.
A clear, short and shared instruction helps more than a big speech on the edge of the circle.
The progression often comes from a solid foundation before coming from high-risk shots.
If you change everything together, you'll never know what's driving your throw forward.
Identify the areas of the field that brake, wear or break the ball to play better.
A champion does not always look for a miracle. He often comes back to the right shot.
The cleaner your movement, the less technical noise you add to your throw.
The right shot at 0-0 is not always the right one at 11-11. The score changes the priority.
The missed shot must not contaminate the next one. Quickly return to the present and the field.
It is better to hit 10 balls on a specific area than to do a blurred session without a marker.
Finishing with a few simple balls helps anchor confidence and good benchmarks.
